Allow Permission from Facebook

In AdsHelper, certain features will require you to connect with your Facebook account to retrieve data such as Ad Accounts, Pages, Page feeds, etc. However, for us to retrieve the necessary data, you would need to allow certain Facebook permissions.

If you would deny the Facebook permissions, you will not be able to proceed as there is no data we can retrieve for you to progress. And, you would see a warning message such as below:

We realize you did not allow certain permission(s) from Facebook requested by AdsHelper. To ensure a smoother experience in using AdsHelper, we recommend you to allow the permission(s) before proceeding.

To fix this, there are two methods.

  1. Usually, there will be a new popup window from Facebook, and it will look something like this.

Click on the OK button, and you will be able to proceed.

If you click on "Choose what you allow", please make sure all the stated permissions are granted before clicking "OK".

  1. If the first method doesn't work, you need to head to your Facebook Settings, and look for Business Integrations. Click on it, and you will see AdsHelper on the list. From here, check the box at the end of the row, then click on Remove.

After successfully removed, come back to AdsHelper, refresh your page and try again. This time, make sure all the necessary permissions are granted. Then, you should be good to go.
